What are ClickMiles? ClickMiles™ are the rewards currency of the program. You can earn ClickMiles when you shop online, register for online services -- even win sweepstakes at participating sites. ClickMiles are redeemable for an exciting selection of top-quality, brand-name merchandise from our Rewards Catalog!   How can I earn ClickMiles? There are many ways to earn ClickMiles. When you shop online, register for online services and even win sweepstakes -- you can earn ClickMiles. Check out the Shop/Earn section of our site for a complete listing of offers. Please note that earning requirements are unique to each merchant, so it's important that you take the time to read through the offer information before shopping.   Do ClickMiles expire? Yes, ClickMiles do expire. Your ClickMiles may expire as a result of one of the following situations. 1) If you do not activate your account and earn or redeem ClickMiles for twelve (12) consecutive months, your ClickMiles will expire at the end of that year. However, by completing just one qualified transaction within this period, you'll ensure that your account balance remains active for two years. 2) If you are an active member and earn ClickMiles regularly, your ClickMiles will expire on December 31, two years following the calendar year in which you earned them. In other words, ClickMiles that were deposited in your account on October 15, 1999 will expire on December 31, 2001. ClickMiles deposited in your account on February 21, 2000, will expire on December 31, 2002. 3) If you have never accessed your account, ClickMiles earned by completing a survey will expire at the end of three months. However, by setting up your account and completing a qualified transaction, ClickMiles earned by completing a survey or other non-purchased based activity will remain active for two years following the end of the calendar year in which you earned them. Your ClickMiles should be deposited in your account within 15 business days of your order being processed by the merchant. If more than 15 business days have passed, please click here to fill out the Missing ClickMiles form and then hit "Send mail" at the bottom of the form.   Some of your online shopping partners have a minimum amount I have to spend in order to earn ClickMiles. Do tax or shipping charges count toward this minimum purchase? Unless otherwise stated, tax and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum amount you are required to spend in order to earn ClickMiles with your purchase.
