How do I get a password? You choose your password during the account set-up process, which takes place after you have earned or won ClickMiles at one of our participating sites. What do I do if I forget my password or want to change it? Simply click here and follow the prompts to reset your password. If you received an error message stating "The data you submitted does not match our records," your account may be locked. Your account is placed in a locked status after your password and password key have been entered incorrectly more than three times. In order to unlock your account, we need to verify your account information. Please email us at customerservice@clickrewards.com and let us know the following:
