How do I know my password and personal information is secure? The security of our site is achieved with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a system which encrypts private information shared between you and the ClickRewards site. Your browser will alert you that you are in a secure area of our site by placing a tiny padlock image in the lower left-hand corner of your page. When you leave a password-protected area, the padlock will disappear. Which sections of the site are secure? All sections that require a password for entry. Once you enter your password, you can visit any area of the site without having to enter it again because your browser automatically stores it on your system for 30 minutes. When does encryption begin? Before you enter your password. You enter your password on an encrypted page, and any password-protected pages that follow are secure as well. Why do I get a dialog box stating "The security Library has experienced a Database Error" when I try to access my account using Netscape Navigator 3.x? You need to disable SSL v3 on Netscape Navigator 3 to enter the secure areas of the site. SSL v2 will still be active, so your connection to the site is still secure.
