		How do I change the email address on my ClickRewards account? How do I set up my account? What do I do if I forget my password or want to change it? How can I earn ClickMiles? How long does it take for ClickMiles to be deposited into my account? How do I redeem ClickMiles?

How can I check my ClickMile balance?
Once you have earned ClickMiles™, you'll be able to check your account balance by selecting Your Account from the navigation menu. You can also request email delivery of your statement in Your Preferences.

What if the ClickMiles I earned have not appeared in my account?
Your ClickMiles should be deposited in your account within 15 business days of your order being processed by the merchant. If more than 15 business days have passed, please click here to fill out the Missing ClickMiles form and then hit "Send mail" at the bottom of the form.

Do ClickMiles expire?
Yes, ClickMiles do expire. Your ClickMiles may expire as a result of one of the following situations.

1) If you do not activate your account and earn or redeem ClickMiles for twelve (12) consecutive months, your ClickMiles will expire at the end of that year. However, by completing just one qualified transaction within this period, you'll ensure that your account balance remains active for two years.

2) If you are an active member and earn ClickMiles regularly, your ClickMiles will expire on December 31, two years following the calendar year in which you earned them. In other words, ClickMiles that were deposited in your account on October 15, 1999 will expire on December 31, 2001. ClickMiles deposited in your account on February 21, 2000, will expire on December 31, 2002.

3) If you have never accessed your account, ClickMiles earned by completing a survey will expire at the end of three months. However, by setting up your account and completing a qualified transaction, ClickMiles earned by completing a survey or other non-purchased based activity will remain active for two years following the end of the calendar year in which you earned them.

My ClickRewards statement is incorrect. How do I get it fixed?
Please click here to fill out the Missing ClickMiles form and then hit "Send mail" at the bottom of the form. You will receive a confirmation within 3 business days that your issue is being researched. Please note that statements reflect only the last 90 days of account activity.
